Grease and line a baking dish. In a large saucepan, melt together the milk chocolate with honeycomb pieces (100 g), the dark chocolate (100 g), and the butter (150 g), until smooth and glossy. Stir in the biscuits (150 g), toffee popcorn (60 g), chocolate covered honeycomb (60 g) and the marshmallows (50 g), reserving a few marshmallows to decorate.

Spoon the mixture into the lined tin. Melt the white chocolate (50 g) in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Decorate the top of the fridge cake with the remaining marshmallows and a drizzle of white chocolate.
