Put the vinegar (2 tbsp) and honey (1 tsp) into a large bowl along with 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and a good grinding of black pepper. Whisk to combine.

Put the plums (4), peaches (2) and rocket (1 handful) into the bowl and toss to coat in the dressing.
