step 1
Slice the chicken breast (420 g) into strips and coat in the M&S rose harissa paste (1/2 jar). Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.

Finely dice half the cucumber (1/2) and mix with the Greek yogurt (6 tbsp), a good pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Slice the remaining cucumber (1/2) into ½ moon slices.

Heat the olive oil (2 tbsp) in a heavy-based frying pan. Once hot, add the marinated chicken strips. Cook the chicken for six minutes, or until cooked through and tender, turning the strips over once during cooking.

Gently toast the wraps (8) in a dry frying pan, then fill with the spiced chicken, shredded lettuce (1), sliced cucumber, a dollop of the yogurt mix and some chopped coriander (to taste), if you like.
