About this bottle: It is a "Cornish twist" on traditional India Pale Ales (IPAs) using locally grown malted barley, plenty of North American hops and Cornish spring water. The result is an extremely smooth and enticing full flavoured beer. St Austell Brewery has grown steadily from the initial vision of a young Cornishman called Walter Hicks in 1851 to become one of the largest private companies in Cornwall. Still an independent, family owned regional brewer, St Austell Brewery has become part of the fabric of the South West.

The sweet, lightly nutty malt balances well with zesty orange and spicy aromas from the hops.

About this bottle: The Citra hop was developed and patenetd in the USA and was first used in the UK in 2009, by Oakham Ales. Its distinctive citrus aroma has proved hugely popular ever since, creating a deliciously refreshing beer with fruit aromas and a dry finish.

Cascade IPA

One of Nottinghamshire's most famous sons, the legendary Robin Hood is known everywhere by the distinctive hat with its jaunty feather.

About this bottle: This pale ale is made using Maris Otter pale ale malt and Cascade hops, and American variety name after the rugged Cascade mountains in Oregon state. It was created by splicing the English Fuggles hop with a Russian hop to create a delicious new aroma.

Yorkshire Gold
