A VERY USEFUL AND COMFORTABLE ADDITION TO ANY GARDEN TERRACE. BODY CONSTRUCTED TO WITHSTAND RAIN, EASILY CLEANED WITH REMOVABLE CUSHIONS. THE STRONG PLASTIC BAGS WITH ZIPS VERY USEFUL FOR STORING CUSHIONS WHEN REMOVED.

cheap looking very disappointed

Within minutes of unpacking our Banton sofa we decided to return the product. It looked very cheap in comparison to our other rattan garden furniture bought elsewhere This is NOT what I have come to expect from M&S. The polyester seat covering looks cheap and not at all comfortable. The low back of this sofa gives you little support and now the £50 charge for collection of this item is the icing on the cake. Online shopping mistake that We shall never repeat Lesson learned.

We have been looking for two sofas that we could use in our Conservatory and transport into the garden when required. We saw these sofas were in the sale and had glowing reviews. We don't normally order furniture without looking at it or testing it, but as I wasn't well and could not get into store, we took the risk. We are so glad we did! They are great quality, lightweight, comfortable (nice and firm) and look stylish. We also ordered the coffee table which we are delighted with too. Fabulous customer service and delivery too.

We bought 2 of these sofas and do feel that they represent good value for money, as they look very stylish and are well made and comfortable to sit on. Unfortunately one of the two did arrive with a tear in the rattan on the front corner edge which resulted in a sharp piece of plastic protruding. We love the sofas though, so M&S have arranged collection & delivery of a replacement. The fabric is a nice colour too.

Although we couldn't 'test drive' this sofa (no stock available to sit on in the local stores) it is very comfortable and just the right size. My only problem is, do I buy another one? It is sturdy and the rattan appears to be weatherproof so far. Perfect for relaxing and entertaining in the sun.
