Fish skin Scales not removed

Downside is the fish skin is not scaled properly so I found scales on the salmon. If you wash it the marinade is washed off. So end up picking it off which is a bit unappetizing

Although I have not yet eaten this salmon (4 fillets) I have purchased twice before the whole side of the same salmon with soy, ginger etc which was wonderful, so I don't think I would have any hesitation in recommending the smaller purchase.

I served this salmon at an important dinner party for my husband's clients and was very pleased with everyone's reaction. They all mentioned how tasty it was. I was also pleased that these salmon 'seem' to be sustainably farmed, as I have given up eating all fish that isn't eco-certified.
