I had been looking at the coat for some time; my other coat is a few years old and needed replacing. The item had been reduced in price, but when I went back my size wasn't available. I checked online and no coats were available, other than the XXL which was a size above my normal. I thought, let's see but didn't hold out much chance. However, when it arrived it fitted perfectly; the quality is excellent and in the recent weather 'What a purchase'. Even better I got an extra 20% off with my Sparks account. Service was excellent, the staff at the store most helpful. Very pleased.

Gents winter coat
No, I don't recommend this
My husband did not like this coat at all, the sleeve lining was terrible, it looked awful did not complement the navy coat. When the coat was buttoned up it opened at the front, there was not enough material for the overflap, it seemed as though they tried to cut down on material. He got a coat this style 2 years ago and it was excellent so he thought this one would be the same, however, he was very disappointed and returned it straight away.

Bought this from my local M&S shop, as soon as I put it on my wife stated how classy it looked. It fitted well and was so comfortable. Looking into the mirror had to agree with her comment, it also went well with the blue jeans I was wearing. After this I ordered Wool Blend Double Breasted Peacoat from the online shop again a great buy.

The additional 'padded' lining makes this a good warm coat for the winter. I was concerned that the additional lining would make it bulky or a tight fit when worn on top of a three piece suit, but this was not the case, it fitted great. Feels comfortable and looks classic. Have only worn it once so far, so durability yet to be tested.

Soft and warm without being to heavy, buttons up to the neck, nice warm lining. Husband is 5ft 9 and length comes to just above the knee, is a nice fitted look although comfortable. He has already tried it out on cold days and is perfect. Dress up or with jeans looks great. Well done Marks, can you make similar for the ladies please?...
