How to use- For both natural and strong eye cut designs, pencils must be applied with fine, small strokes among the lashes of the upper and lower eye edges. For best results, outlines must be blended with a tiny bit of powdered eye shadows (same pencil shade or different), using the brush n°5 or n°6.

Nice product, but dissapointed

Initially, l was very pleased, its easy to apply, looks great on, its waterproof and lasts. The first quarter of the pencil sharpend ok, however over half the pencil was lost during sharpening, despite using the same sharpener, it continued to disintergrate, l was left with a small stub. I emailed M&S on Monday to request a replacement, 5 days later and l havent received a reply.

I bought this pencil after reading three good reviews on it. It goes on really well and is easy to apply. I was very pleased with my first few days using it, and then I had to sharpen it. None of the reviewers so far have mentioned how well it sharpens. Well, IT'S TERRIBLE. When you try to sharpen it, the shadow stick inside breaks off. I've wasted about an inch of it trying to get anything near useful. It cost about £3 in shavings! Very disappointing product from you M&S.

This is the first time I have used a pencil, after the first few days of trying to get a fine line I am now a dab hand. This pencil goes on easily and lasts well without smudging. Would recommend it.

A make-up bag must

For me this liner is perfect. I use it on my inner eye and it actually stays put. It glides on and stays there. Haven't had to sharpened it yet so will have to see on that. Otherwise this beats all other pencils I've tried and will be an essential part of my make-up bag.
