About this style
These Under Armour cargo trousers are made to last. They're designed in a regular fit from a technical woven fabric that's water-repellent yet breathable. The waistband is elasticated for comfort, while two side pockets and two cargo-style ones at the thighs give plenty of space to stash your essentials. They fasten with a snap closure and have adjustable ankle panels to finish.

Missing the mark in design & quality

I was initially excited about these as a next-gen cargo pant, but these pants make a series of odd design compromises that are impractical and uncomfortable. The buttons to taper the cuffs seem cool in theory but ultimately it's uncomfortable to wear them with the buttons in place -- the extra folded material chafes on each step. It would have been better just to use a standard cuff drawstring. Range of movement is limited because the crotch isn't gusseted. The side pocket interiors are shallow with a thick open mesh, which is a weird choice for utility pants. Seems like the intent was breathability but they don't really do much for that. A regular material would work better, ideally deeper pockets with an interior change/key pocket. Finally, the black detailing around the cargo pockets is already coming loose after 2 months of normal wear. It doesn't do anything functional so I'll just tear it off anyway... but why put it on there in the first place? Overall there's nothing about these pants that makes them better than regular mil-spec cargos. The material is nice but that's about it.

Really sucks - they arrived so tightly folder and flattened that they have deep creases in them which doesn't look anything like the product photo. I'm 6'1, 36 waist, ordered XL and they fit higher up on the ankle than on the models measuring taller height than me in the product photos, which leads me to think they're lowriding them on the waist. To get that off-the-hanger look, they'd have to go through the wash first... then I couldn't return them if they still don't look right. I give them 2 stars for the fit, 5 stars for quality though. They are really well-made feeling, although I think they made a mistake cheaping out on the plastic snaps at the ankles.

Very comfortable, never liked the new style of clothes being too form fitting. This is excellent, not overly baggy and the cuff at the bottom allows you to choose how tapered you want it to be! Although I admit I purchased a LG and in retrospect I probably should have purchased MD. Shouldn’t have been so quick to cut off the tags!

Where skate style meets waterproof hiking

I was looking for a pair of pants that was baggy and skateboarding style as that’s what I wear, but needed them to be waterproof for hiking in Scotland and Wales. So far I’ve been in torrential downpour and I’ve looked cool while staying dry.

I really like the fit as it is true to size. I also like the snap close roomy cargo pockets as well as the deep hip pockets, both together make for ample pocket space. A nice surprise for me which I was unaware of at time of purchase are the snaps located on the lower leg (two snaps, each leg). This allows for a regular straight leg open look or when snapped a tapered lower pant leg look, and one other thing that I was unaware of was the waistline drawstring located on the inside of the waist should you happen to have a size that's a little loser than you would like.

with the 29.5" inseam these are not for tall guys 6'5" :-( They are about 1-2" too short, wish they had a longer inseam. The fit seemed comfortable but my ankles would get cold.
