Nice fabric
Was listed as low support or the like but I would say no support at all . Think it will be fine for yoga - no handstands . Lovely Soft material And comfortable

Bought for gym and yoga. Lovely and soft but when washed the removable pads fold up and tricky to get them back into shape, hence 3 stars. Either make it padded or not in my opinion.
