The Spacedye Keep Pace sports shorts from Beyond Yoga will keep up with your toughest workouts. They're made in a slim fit for a figure-hugging look, with flexible elastic at the high waistline. At the hip, a drop-in pocket provides storage for your phone. The signature fabric is ultra-soft, moisture wicking and has four-way stretch to move with you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have many pairs and colors of these shorts. I LOVE that you can wash and dry them. They are thick enough that even if you sweat a little bit they don't show it which is awesome (caveat - I truly don't sweat much). They are long enough to not look like they are booty shorts but not so long you look like you are hiding. They have a generous waistband so they hold things in and are high enough you don't have to worry about your belly showing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fit fine, but it just wasn’t my style. I didn’t really like how the waist fit and I didn’t like the pockets. I ended up turning this. It might be somebody else’s style, the quality is still great and the fabric very breathable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a years long fan of the spacedye shorts, but after owning 7+ pairs this is my first with pockets. Why?! I don’t know, but man do I love these. It’s so convenient to stick my phone in my pocket on dog walks and all the other reasons to love these shorts remain. Cute, soft but hold you in for workouts.

Spruce color gorgeous, true to size, I am 5’6”and 155lbs, usual size M. Length is perfect and I like that the thickness of Spacedye is generally forgiving of panty lines. Instant favorite xoxo

It's great shopping so I can have my phone in one pocket and it stays there! Comfortable and soft like the other 5" pace shorts and the color is so pretty. I'm very happy with my purchase and only wish they weren't so expensive so other women could enjoy them as well.

I also wore them under a skirt and they worked so much better than spanx since they don’t ride up!
