Definitely NOT skinny!
No, I don't recommend this
I am very disappointed with the fit of this ‘skinny’ fit shirt. I have in the past bought quite a few M&S slim-fit shirts and thought that a skinny fit would have slims, cuffs and waist, this does not appear to be any different than a slim fit except that there is only one cuff button, meaning that the cuffs flap about. The waist on a 17” collar must be well over 36”, again not skinny. I will be looking elsewhere for a suitable fitting shirt.
