I ordered two chairs on line after viewing in the store. They are natural wood so we are told to expect variation in the grain however the grain of one chair back is a horizontal line and the other is a zig-zag making it a darker chair and a not a match in my opinion. I complained but was told the chairs were not faulted and changes in the grain are to be expected. If I wanted an exchange or refund it would cost £50 to return the chair. The ones in the shop were a match and I don't believe the dresser would have put two chairs like this together in her display so why do I have to accept them. The chairs are boxed so are not viewed before being delivered so you just have to take pot luck on what you get.

Very pleased with these chairs. They are well made and comfortable. We bought them to use with an existing oak table and they are a perfect match. The dimensions are just right e.g. height and width. I would recommend these chairs and the delivery service was excellent as well.

These chairs are lovely, understated and very comfortable. They are very well made and come assembled so they are sturdy. Only thing to watch out for is that the seat is slightly wider at the front than at the back - take this into account in your measurements.

These are very good chairsfor my kitchen table. They arrived ready assembled and are not therefore the sort of chair that will fall apart easily or feel weak in any way. Yes they cost more than some but the difference from a flat pack chair is evident. I am glad I paid the extra money for these.
