Senior Boys' Slim Leg Longer Length Trousers

I've really struggled to find my 14 year old 6ft 2 son school trousers that fit. He's a 32 inch waist and a 34 inch leg and these trousers in size 16-17 years extra long leg fit perfectly. They are also good quality material and have a hidden elastic bit to the waist for added comfort/growth. Nice fit leg not baggy but not skinny fit, just right and very smart looking.

Bought age 12-13 Extra long for my average height but very thin 15 year old after returning multiple ‘slim fit’ in various sizes. He is quite fussy but loves the style and fit of these. He hates the ‘nappy effect’ when he has to tighten the adjustable waist too much on the larger sizes. Would be useful if Marks would include waist size in the filter options, I might have found these sooner. I am now an expert on the school trouser size chart!

I have been really struggling to get trousers to fit my very slim, yet very tall 12 year old. These are perfect - thank you - the adjustable waist means that they can be made small enough to fit his waist, yet they are long enough to reach his shoes. We had resorted to buying 'mens' trousers at a ridiculous price for school and I really resent paying so much for my 12 year old. He is very tall, but he is not alone - many of his friends are too. Thank you M&S for realising that there is a need for extra long young boys trousers. Great quality too - much better quality than the mens trousers I had previously purchased - these should withstand a few lunch time football games !!

Thrilled to bits! Finally found trousers to fit my tall, slim boy, he is 12 and the 13-14yrs extra long fit perfectly , they are 31" leg, it would be helpful if this was put on the description!!

These are very good quality school trousers. I bought the 13/14 long for my nearly 13 year old and although they are too big in the waist, they can be adjusted with the elastic adjustable waist. My son is very slim and tall and these fit just right (after adjustment), so hoping they last him to the end of the school year. Just so happy that I've found a pair of trousers that fit his long legs:)

My long legged 13 year old loves these trousers. He says they're really comfortable. I like the fact they can 'grow' with him and although more expensive than supermarket equivalents, this makes them good value!

Perfect for a tall slim boy!

The good thing about these trousers is that the slim fit of the leg means that they don't drop beyond the shoe when worn. This meant we could get away with a slightly longer length than we might have with a regular fit, which can only mean a little more wear than we might have had. The only way seems to be up at the moment so, with those easy-to-unpick-and- turn- down legs that M&S has become known for, I'm hoping these trousers might last beyond the next holiday (but with recent growth at 1.5 cm a week, I'm prepared to buy again at Easter). There's an adjustable waist, too, which helps for the skinny teen, but it's such a good slim fit that we haven't needed to go mad on the adjustments. So price is the only disappointment: for a few pounds more, other styles would give you two pairs of trousers.

Good cut, wash brilliantly and great value for money

At 15/16 age group different lengths are essential and this is where M Nd S excel. Thank you keep doing longer lengths.

The school trousers are of a very high quality. The perfect size and length for my son.

My son is only 14 but is 6ft 3 and very slim. These trousers are great because they are available in extra long and have an adjustable waist. Perfect. He really likes the cut too.
