Pure Cotton Waffle Towelling Dressing Gown

Lovely cosy cotton dressing gown. I bought this for hospital, but it is really heavy, and it was too heavy to wear while in hospital.

Brilliant gift for my mums birthday the quality is great she loves it.

Good quality dressing gown, lined in towelling. Pale coffee colour which was really nice. Unfortunately for me, it was too heavy to wear. It comes up big, so maybe size down.

Finally, my search for a thick and warm pure cotton dressing gown is over! With a waffle appearance and towelling lining, this gown is heavy but with a soft and comfortable feel, it’s a perfect length and fit (I’m a size 10 and purchased small) and features good sized pockets. Whilst other reviews have been unfavourable about the colour, I think it’s a lovely warm dusky pink/dark mushroom tone, a classy neutral shade that’s very true to the colour in the website pictures. Thank you M&S for providing just what I was looking for at a great price!

This was bought to replace my old worn out pink one which was similar although the towelling inner was separate to the waffle. This one is bonded together. I had to wash it immediately as had a strong smell. I am still undecided on the coffee colour. I would have preferred another pink. It is heavy but will be nice and warm for winter. A good length, not so long that you trip on it when going upstairs.

Good quality and warm. Right length - not too long. Overall pleased with product.

Bought as wanted a natural material not plastic origin. Heavy. Sizing info poor. Had to change from a large to medium. Warm. Big on shoulders still, but need this size to fit on hips. Very flimsy internal tie - not sufficient for a heavy garment. Will take ages to dry unless you have a dryer. Still prefer to polyester shedding particles. Need more colours.

I bought this to replace my towel lined dressing I bought from M&S 35 years ago! I am size 16, 5’4” and bought Large. It fits perfectly, length is mid calf. Lovely soft material and the towelling lining does not make it too bulky. I don’t love the colour but the dressing gown is so cosy I have kept it.

Just what I've been looking for. Not as heavy as all towelling and nice different colour too.

I really like this dressing gown. It’s warm without being too bulky and the cotton lining gives it a softness which feels comfortable on the skin. I’m a 14/16 in size and 5 ft 3 ins. I bought the large to have a more generous wrap around. Length is mid calf.

Bought to replace a twenty year old M&S towelling dressing gown, if this one lasts as long I will be very pleased, early indications are it will. Very comfortable and a good size.

This dressing gown is a good fit for a shorter (5ft 3in) person and not too thick. The fabric is also in-between too thin and too bulky. But the colour is odd!
