Disappointed by the smell

This is a lovely shirt, fits well and is a nice shape and weight. However, it’s very disappointing to take a delivery out of the bag and find it stinks! I’ve taken a chance and given it a quick hand wash (annoying, shouldn’t have to do that) and unfortunately the smell hasn’t completely gone.
