I felt I had to review this dress as i am similar to the previous reviewer - size 10/12 - and found, at 5ft ish, the petite 10 was a perfect fit for me. I often have to shorten even petite sizes and hadn't considered this online as I thought i would lose border but it fact when I tried it instore I liked the length. The colours seem brighter in reality too. I haven't washed it hence 4 stars. I don't want to criticise the previous review but as with most things views can differ.

No, I don't recommend this
I had to return this item as it was far to big. I am a size 10/12, i ordered the 10 and it was like a tent. The paterner print was as clear/clean as i would have like for the price which is why i didn't order a smaller size
