These pyjamas are a good quality and being cotton are nice and warm, but lightweight too. They were finished off well at all seams and these would be the pyjamas of choice for hospital LOL. Size was good, I had to order a large to get the tummy in otherwise a medium would have been ok, however they don't look too big. Recommended.
