Barossa Shiraz

Vintage: 2016

South Australia's historic Barossa Valley, close to Adelaide, is considered one of the most important wine regions in the country. This rich, spicy Barossa Shiraz shows why full-bodied reds from the region are so highly prized.

About this bottle: The Barossa Valley has a wealth of older vineyards, many in particularly sunny spots where the grapes get especially ripe. This wine is made from 100% Barossa Shiraz, mainly from warm areas, but with some fruit from cooler, higher vineyards which adds freshness and complexity. The result is a classic Barossa red. Winemaker Matt Gant aged a proportion in American oak barrels for 16 months

This delicious and classic style of Petit Chablis shows creamy apple aromatics and a crisp, elegant palate profile.

About this bottle: Acclaimed Union des Viticulteurs de Chablis made this unoaked Chardonnay from grapes grown on cool clay limestone sites.

The Gum Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc

A fresh, ripe vivacious Australian Sauvignon Blanc, aromatic with ripe lemon, passion fruit and grapefruit flavours, and a mouth-watering, dry finish.

About this bottle: Australia's best Sauvignon Blancs come from relatively cool vineyard sites, and this outstanding wine is no exception. The grapes were sourced from vines near the village of Hahndorf in the Adelaide Hills area of South Australia, which is renowned for well-balanced, cool-climate fruit grown at high altitudes. The winemaker was Robert Mann.

Oudinot Brut NV Champagne

A dry and elegant champagne with a crisp mousse and fresh lemon fruit undertones.

About this bottle: We have worked closely with Philippe Launois, chief winemaker at House of Oudinot, to create a refined, dry champagne with a clean citrus flavour. Chardonnay grapes are used predominantly in this champagne.

Château de Saÿe

Vintage: 2011

A rich and balanced Bordeaux wine with plummy fruit-balanced acidity and ripe tannic structure.

About this bottle: Winemaker Alain Laubie has made this wine from carefully selected, hand-picked grapes from 30 year old vines near St Ciers d'Abzac, 15 km north of Libourne on Bordeaux's right bank. Merlot provides fleshy fruit and velvet texture while the addition of a small amount of Cabernet Franc gives a fresh aromatic lift. The resulting wine is one of richness and balance with plummy fruit, balanced acidity and a ripe, tannic structure.

A vibrant and refreshing, off-dry sparkling wine from the heart of the Conegliano hills in Italy’s Veneto region.

About this bottle: In true Prosecco style, this gently aromatic wine smells of white flowers, apricots and herbs. It has a delicate, frothy mousse and only 11.5% alcohol, making it an ideal choice as an apéritif or party wine.
