Out N About IV Classic Leather Ankle Boots

Because this is a Sorel I thought it would keep my feet warm. I was very wrong! These boots would be for a spring or summer rain. Not slush or cold rain! My feet were cold all day. I gave 2 stars because they are cute.

Super comfy and warm. True to size. Comfortable for walks too.

These boots started off great for the times I needed them after purchasing in late November 2023. After only wearing maybe 10-12 times I noticed a cold/wet feeling where the toe are meets the rubber around the shoe. I called Sorel and was told because it is out of the 1 year warranty nothing can be done. I explained based on the weather and usage, they have only been worn a few times and I should not be feeling the wet/coldness. Sorel will not stand by their product unless purchased within the year, even if only worn a few times. There is no visible damage that would cause the cold/wet to come through. Beware as these are not inexpensive boots.

For the price I’m disappointed. Foot bed is decent but zero arch support. Also they are not lined at all. Can a girl get some fluff on her winter boot please. Cute boot otherwise but for the price point I expected more.

They keep my feet: so dry, so warm, so comfortable! The traction is amazing, so good that one time my shoe stopped, but I kept moving forward and bumped my head on the door. I don’t know what people are talking about saying they’re not comfortable, because mineare super comfortable. Maybe it’s the size and width of your foot… I have a narrow foot and I always wear thick socks to fill the shoe (I am a 6 1/2 to 7 normally but bought these on sale in a 7.5). And since it really only rains where I am in CA in the winter when it’s often cold, a thick sock is preferred anyways. I’ll recommend and buy these again and again.

These are great when you first buy them, had my 3s for a year until the sole started leaking water into it where the toe bends, the heel also started wearing away very quick, and I dont drag my feet.. I have also found that these new 4s, the footbed is like a wedge boot, its ok, I can deal with it but it was not in the listing, and I was very confused when I got there, def try these on, I would not order online unless you know what the inside looks like as a wedge. The leather should be actual leather, much more surability, i sish the boot was a bit more still, as leather would help. These booties are so cute, and fashonable, I work at a car dealershop outside and these keep my feet dry, not as much wartm as its not a winter bootie, they sell the winter versions, and the tongue is smaller and doesnt chunk up between ur foot and shoe which is a plus.. Color didnt matter to me, as I needed a short bootie to menouver and be outside. I swear by them, i just wish they were a bit diff.

I love sorel boots people say they are to expensive, they are expensive but you pay that for good quality. I have there regular snow boots and I’ve had them for over 10 years and they are still great and just like brand new. These boots are warm, stylish and a great ankle boot for winter. I would recommend people buy them because for them to be “ expensive “ they last. Invest in your self with good boots for your feet.

Boots are cute and comfortable right out of the box. The small suede piece on the tongue where the laces thread through it ripped on one shoe after less than a week of wear though, and for the price I expected better materials.

I really love the look of these boots, they are fashionable and practical. I am a size 10 in all of my shoes, listened to other reviews and got an 11. I could have fit into a 10.5 so do with that what you will. The actual sole of this boot is quite hard, wish there was a little more padding under my feet. I stepped into a huge slush puddle the day after I got them (UGH) and can confirm they are waterproof! I would reccomend these boots but I'm going to look into getting inserts. Walking all day with these, my dogs were barking.

LOVE these boots and buying another pair. I just wish they'd have the Black & Chalk one in size 7! (@Sorel - please do restock!) Super cute, comfortable (wide toe box) and waterproof. Love them.

I give them two stars because they ARE super cute. However, terribly uncomfortable. I don’t know if it’s the lacing or thin material at the top but my ankles are RAW and bleeding. I’ve tried with tall socks and it still doesn’t help. Above and below my ankles on the inside of my feet are all messed up. I love sorel and have 7 pairs but these aren’t up to par. Please reach out.

Really shocked. They run short. And hard as walking on bare feet. I see people wear these, and for the price, I thought would be better than this.

I wanted to love these boots. They are cute and stylish, but I just could not get over how awkward they felt the second I tried to walk in them. I’m not sure if the pair I got is just defective, but with every single step, the outside of the sole would hit first and then my foot would roll inward. Upon inspection, it looks like the sole is slanted outward from the upper where your foot would be. The left isn’t as noticeable, but there is no way I could walk more than a few steps in these.
