Rough thin fabric

Does not look like picture. Very dark in reality and the fabric feels synthetic and rough. Expensive for what it is and not even Lined. I returned it.

Size 12 fits true to size. Hem dips at front, but must be intentional as the size 14 hem was exactly the same! If it proves to be an issue I will have the hemline levelled off by local alterations service! Lovely fabric.
