Sizing is misleading

Ordered the Age 13yrs despite her being Age 11yrs in most clothes, as she likes jackets with a bit of room and also to accommodate the school sweater. The Age 13yrs would barely zip up with a t-shirt on! The sizing is way off. Frustrating that you can’t return online purchases to a store so have to go to the hassle of printing a label and returning, they also charge for returns

Lovely jacket. My Grandson loved it. He's 11 and i bought an age 13 and it fits him perfectly. Not sure if its the jacket thats small cos my Grandson is big for his age.
