Complaint! Different crystals supplied
No, I don't recommend this
We purchased a Lois chandelier in black last year and absolutely love it. When we planned to redecorate a different room we decided to splash out on the same chandelier in brass colour. Unfortunately due to Covid 19 our works had to be postponed as builder fitting new window stopped working. I had already bought Lois chandelier as I took advantage of a sale online. So it has sat on our landing in its box for 7 months waiting for the builders to finish. We arranged for a local electrician to come to fit the chandelier and build it for us which he did. Imagine our shock to see that it was different. The crystals are all cheap substitutes and there are less of them. I would like to complain about this. Substituted but we were unaware. The structure of the chandelier is the same, but the crystals are all different. I would like the crystals as shown on the photos please. This is not what we paid for!
