My mum wasn't allowed to use her £50 gift card as the lady serving said the piece of paper you sent instead of a plastic card was 'not acceptable'. Blatantly your staff aren't aware of this change. My mum was really upset. I'll be visiting the Plymouth store next week to demand a refund.
