This is one of the best microfighters lego have created, an extremely good build of a y wing we've never got in that colour scheme before and an extremely good phase 2 recently minifigure. Not a massive fan of the cloth cape and personally feel it should include rex's waist cape but not an issue

I mostly got it for how much I LOVE Rex. Star Wars: The Clone Wars is such I great series and Rex is amazing. Definitely get this is you want good play and a great Minifigure!

I bought this set for the Captain Rex minifigure, as it is a great minifigure (thank you for the cloth pauldron) and I have been matching minifigures with my LEGO Star Wars Helmet collection. The Y-Wing is fun and a decent build, too, but I'm not into the microfighters that much so I will use the parts in other creations.

First up, I am not a microfighter collector. Microfighters are okay, they’re best for the figures. This is why I purchased this set. The y-wing is good, but there are no blue y-wings in the Clone Wars. Only yellow ones, no matter the unit. The mini figure is good, but there are a few antagonizing details: the helmet holes are very bad to look at (we only need one for the rangefinder) and the kama (blast skirt) is literally nonexistent. This makes me angry as Lego is just getting cheaper and cheaper about their products while making said products more expensive. The printed kama is disappointing and literally can barely be seen. While the pauldron (shoulder piece) is good, I long for the kamas of old Lego, when they were fabric. Please bring those back!

I got this set as I've always wanted a Captain Rex and was so glad Lego released this set as it shows they appreciate all there customers and not just the entitled greedy collectors who think if we arent rich then we shouldnt be able to have the good minifigs , well sorry but Lego is made for everyone to enjoy so stop complaining and enjoy your sets

Another really good addition to the microfighter family. It's cool to see Lego make a favorite character that hasn't been in the forefront for awhile. I wish the original ship had a bit more pizzaz, the build ends up feeling a little flat, but it's perfect for play and swooshing.

Really just bought this set for the minifigure. Detail on the face, helmet, and armor are great. Only one problem, there's no waist cape. (Though I do appreciate the felt shoulder cape. That's a step up from previous detail on Star Wars minifigs.) The micro fighter is average. Overall pretty good.

Obviously the majority of people purchasing this lego set are doing so in order to get the one and only captain Rex so with that in mind; it’s a good set for the price for sure. I would’ve personally preferred if he had come with a larger scale Y-wing it would’ve done the character more justice but nonetheless it’s a good set for the value and if you’re looking to add Rex to your collection here he is.
