The family have been buying Lego for my 6-year old Grandson for a few years now as he not only loves it, but is also really good at building with it. Although this kit was a quick build for him, the end results made us smile. However, with the four additional bags of LEGO included (as well as suggestions in the booklet), he will get hours of additional building time with this kit.

My daughter loves to build based on guided instructions and my son loves to freestyle his builds based only on his imagination. This set is a perfect fit for them both. The box includes two booklets with step-by-step instructions for creative idea builds plus plenty of extra bricks to design anything else you want. We all loved the fresh new colors and thought they were a fun new spin on the classic brick. This set would be a great starter set for a first-time Lego owner as well as something new for a longtime Lego lover.

They are very strong and don’t brake easily. I love how there were instructions on different things they could make.
