LEGO® Animal Crossing™ Kapp'n's Island Boat Tour 77048 (6+ Yrs)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We all love Lego in our family! Kapp’n’s island boat tour is really nice ! Very easy to assemble, 233 pieces, a lot of tiny ones I wouldn’t recommend it for very young children. Nice and colorful, very enjoyable!

I really liked it and got carried away, of course we assembled it together, since the child was only 4 years old, and she herself does not knock down some parts so well, and then it is not possible to connect them. Excellent, clear instructions, everything in bags, the parts are well connected and disassembled. A good, high-quality set. Will serve for a long time. The set is universal, my daughter plays with individual figures. It can also be combined with other sets. Safe for children 6+, but if the child is younger, then you need to assemble together with a parent. Both parents and child are very happy. The set will entertain any child. The set has entertainment value

My daughter and I spent some time together,  I set it up and put all of the pieces together while she was able to play. We have a larger Lego platform where you can stick it on so they don’t break off and it makes a scene to where she can actually use the little Legos to play so this is super fun and cute. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a cute Lego set! My 9 year old son loved putting this together, he had a lot of fun . It’s a nice design and has beautiful colors, and he really enjoyed it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I though it was small for the retail value but after considering the whole experience and the outcome I’m sold! It’s the first time my almost five year old follows instructions to build Lego and it was a hit! I love how you can get creative with the organizing of the island. I put everything in a blue Lego mat o had to simulate the ocean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kid loves this set. It is easy to assemble and keeps them occupied. It is very versatile and durable. Great for kids ages 6. You can get it as a Christmas or birthday gift.

This is the third Animal Crossing set in the series that I’ve put together. My kids and I absolutely loved Kapp’n and his boat. I loved the rock smashing to get the bells, very clever. I was admittedly a little disappointed that Marshal can’t sit like the other characters can. The little beach accessories and food items were cute in every way. I’ll be looking forward to more beach sets in the future!

I bought this toy to share with my six and eight year old grandsons( their mom is a fan also). We enjoyed building together. I have used legos as a learning tool to “read” and follow instructions. They have been great in teaching how to recognize and correct mistakes. They teach patience and persistence. They help my grandsons feel sure of their abilities. They have learned to recognize when they have skipped a page and to investigate if they have extra pieces. Both boys like the figures in these sets. Playing and building have increased their ability to communicate specific ideas to others. They share better and have expanded their imagination in what builds are possible and what to play.

Love Animal Crossing, small pieces can be fiddly, but love this

I have been an AC fan for over 20 and when I heard these sets were coming out I had to buy them. This set is in the middle, price wise, of all the AC sets and feels the best value. I’ve always loved Kapp’n so I love the minifigure. There is enough here to keep the younger builders happy and is a nice set to play with too. Displayed along with the rest of the sets, this makes for a great beach side set. Nothing a child couldn’t build themselves here. I love the “hidden” pieces and how they are great little nods to the games. I hope we see more sets, however I also would love to see one or two expert sets that are a lot more detailed and bigger.
