A bit academic to review these bots now that they've sold out, but in case anyone out there is hoping for a return, having read the first review, and with narrow feet, I sized down from a 5 (sometimes 4.5) to size 4 and they are fine, even accommodating socks or thicker tights. I had to do this with a pair of White Stuff ankle boots several years ago, and am very pleased with these - a bit smarter than some of my other boots, but still very comfortable, fully waterproof and a useful red/brown colour.

Really love the colour of these boots, comfortable although slightly big for my size 5 but room for thicker socks. My only little niggle is the laces keep coming undone so tied in double knot.

I am really pleased with these boots. I wanted a flat pair of boots but nothing too ‘clunky’ so I could have one pair for both jeans and smarter things like dresses and skirts. These fit the bill exactly. I initially ordered size 5 as I am a 41/2. But the 5 was definitely too big and the 4 has plenty of room even with socks.

I was researching black practical everyday boots! But these fabulous burgundy red jumped off the page and said ' Buy me! Right now!' Joking aside, i havent purchased from White Company before, but they are now on my research list , my boots are study, smart, comfortable and true to size, they have a cushioned insole too.
