Lovely jeans pity about the fit
These are really nice jeans. Material and colour is very good and the high rise suited me. They could be worn up or casual. The problem was the length. They were far far far.too long and had to be. Returned.

A Revelation!

According to the trends, skinny jeans are 'out' and as I have worn them non stop for too many years I tentatively tried these on encouraged by the Jaeger name. What a revelation! They hung beautifully and although I'm only 5ft4" didn't swamp me. Go for a tighter feeling size, they don't want to be loose or baggy round the hips and tummy area and tuck your top in. At the grand old age of late 50's, I feel 'with it' whilst still looking age appropriate due to the colour and cut, it was definitely worth paying extra for the Jaeger pair over the M&S version.

Great fit ... but!
No, I don't recommend this
These jeans are a great fit, the best I've found for years. However, I didn't notice when I ordered them online that they have no belt loops! Having been a jeans wearer for over 60 years, I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing jeans without a belt, so will probably have to return them. I'll try them on tomorrow before I make a final decision. Such a shame, as I love them otherwise.
