Lovely watch

I bought this for my husband for father's day and because I have no self control, he got it early. He loves the design and the engraving on the watch. We are very happy with it. We didn't buy it for every day, but it is a nice watch for him to have when he is dressing up for events.

I have bought this one again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I gifted this to my husband 3 years back and he loved it. It look so good on him, but he lost it while coming back from Turkey. He had it for almost 2 and a half year. So this anniversary I got this one again for him as he loved it a lot.

Beautiful, but not functional.

My husband loves the way this watch looks, but it won't keep time! It might be due to the design and accidentally hitting the side buttons during everyday use, but he keeps noticing it gets hours (and then days) odd! Sadly, we have to find time to take this back to the store because this isn't usable in its current state.

Good watch, bad packaging
Originally posted on Fossil
Beautiful watch and engraving, super excited to gift to my boyfriend! However, when opening the packaging for the watch, it was just thrown sloppily in the box. Kind of odd for a pricier watch, wish it was treated a little nicer. But other than that definitely recommend.

The watch is great though I thought I didn't realize it had a clasp to latch/unlatch when putting on & taking off. Also alittle on the big side as my dads ie is 18L If it was an elastic band it would fit fine. But he wearing and it's working out thankfully.

Very happy husband
Yes, I recommend this
Gorgeous watch. Husband very pleased to receive as a gift. I was disappointed to see that there was no tab to pull to activate battery so watch was running. Doubt battery will last long. Happy to get it at a good discount.

The return of real watches!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like most watch wearers, all the adverts I’ve seen in recent years, whether online, in social media, or in print, have been telling me how I need to buy the latest smartwatch, how I need something that counts my steps, reads my messages, tracks my heart rate, and all sorts of fancy new features. I’ve been courted by ergonomic designs, the latest silicon materials, promised light weight and flexible devices. And, like most watch wearers, this has subtlety changed my perception of what I expect from a watch. How utterly refreshing it feels then to wear this, a traditional watch from an established quality watch brand, which isn’t trying to dazzle me with new features, but is quietly setting out to do exactly what it was invented for - being a watch. The moment you put this on your wrist, the difference is tangible. There’s no silicon or rubberised back covering a myriad of sensors. This has weight, and heft, the metal feels cold to the touch. It feels like you’re wearing a watch. It has presence. And it feels like it means business. Style wise, this is a business watch. It looks great with a long sleeved shirt. But with less and less people going in to the office, this also feels unusual, like a rebellion against the smart casual look. Worn socially, this would need accessorising, but with some silver framed sunglasses or a silver necklace or rings this could easily be worn out on a weekend. And would prove a real talking point amongst all the faceless black rectangles that seem to be so ubiquitous. As a main, everyday watch, maybe the traditional watch has lost too much ground to smart watches now to ever fully recover. But for a more formal setting or to elevate an outfit, this is a great addition to any collection, and the feeling when wearing a proper watch is something that shouldn’t be lost.

Premium and classy

This watch is built to last, looks and feels premium and compliments a wide range of attire and settings. The watch suits all ages, but primarily targets males 30+ and has extra links, however in most cases a couple will need taking off as it is on the larger side. Nevertheless, it functions perfectly and I've had numerous compliments already. Overall very pleased with this watch and would highly recommend to anyone buying as a present or for themselves.

Stylish but might be too big for most

The look of the watch is very clean and the silver color goes with pretty much any outfit, making this a staple accessory. This is definitely a men's watch, the style could be easily worn as unisex but the watch itself is quite chunky. For most men a link will need to be removes, as the band is long. Great gift if you are looking for a watch that will suit most people, however if getting as a gift note that the box does not really go with the style of the watch!

Great Classic looking watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love watches, never really bought into the whole smart watch thing as I love watches to be watches. This is a very classic looking watch, looks great with any outfit, love the closing…it’s very smooth! Watch is quite slim and not overly chunky like most so gives a real premium feel without being too heavy. Never had a fossil watch before but would definitely recommend to anyone considering as a purchase!

Simple yet great looking watch.

Would be nice if it did come with a tool thought as not many people would have a pin pusher. Taking it apart was very easy though and only took around 5 minutes to do. The watch fits well but does get a little itchy on the strap after wearing it for a while but swapping for a leather strap is that easy that I can swap it out whenever I need. The design jn general is what I like the most since it’s simple and does exactly what i need it to. Has 2 buttons which work for timers. Top one starts and stops the timer and bottom one resets the timer but only if the timer isn’t running. The strap is also scuffed fairly easily and photos below show it after a week of use but it’s about what I would expect for a steel strap. Apart from that I really like the clasping design of it and it fits really well.

Nice sturdy watch

He was delighted with this. The only thing that makes these fossil watches look cheap is the tin they come in. Should invest in some nice display boxes for the price of the box . My father in law works on building sites and says it has survived unscathed. He really likes it. As you can see it is a chunky silver watch definitely very manly nice clear numbers and dial. The hands glow in the dark which is helpful. In terms of value for money this is a good value watch. I think it will appeal to men who like to dress smartly and also would be good as a birthday gift for teenagers becoming men.

sleek and stylish design
