Before application: shave/wax 24 hours before application. Thoroughly exfoliate skin. Immediately prior to application, moisturise dry or rough areas including knees, elbows, ankles and feet

Application: using a dry Tanning Mitt, apply to the skin. In sections using circular motions, starting at the ankles and working your way up. Ensure the tan has been applied all over using the product's tint as a guide. Leave feet and hands until last using what remains on the mitt. Wait until the skin is touch dry before dressing. Avoid contact with water for 6 - 8 hours and then rinse. To prolong and maintain your tan, moisturise daily, exfoliate regularly and reapply as desired

Best fake tan yet - and I've tried them ALL
Yes, I recommend this
I've tried all of the usual fake tan brands (expensive and cheap) and none have ever delivered the results I'm looking for. This bronzing mousse, however, is incredible! - Easy to apply - No awful sickly smell - Didn't clog pores - Also love that it's for face and body - Best golden colour I've found yet - 6 days on and the colour is still great (faded a little but, not patchy)
