This elegant Pouilly Fumé Mathilde de Favray is crafted on the limestone hillsides of the Loire Valley. Winemaker Quentin David cultivates Sauvignon Blanc grapes to create a dry, very fine and elegant wine. This Pouilly Fumé is fully refreshing and complex, with engaging notes of ripe gooseberries, quince, white flowers, mineral tones and a long, subtle persistence. It pairs well with goat cheese, grilled fish and shellfish.
