I love these lamps, the base and shade is great quality, the shade is a nice light shade of grey, pale pebble I would say. However, I returned them because they are matt silver rather than chrome, I wanted chrome to match the beautiful ceiling light I’ve already purchased from M&S. If I had somewhere I could use them I would have kept them.
