No, I don't recommend this
I have dyed, dry and frizzy hair. This spray did tame the frizziness or make the hair as soft as I expected. It did not seem to coat the hair well and it is difficult to know how much to use.

My hair is a nightmare if the weather is damp/ humid and I’ve tried numerous products to counteract it but none work as good as this. My hair felt smooth after using and had volume. No frizz/ kinks in damp weather- it’s the best product I’ve ever tried!
