Deluxe Sparkle & Shine Cleaning Play Set (3-6 Yrs)

My toddlers are learning how to sweep, mop, dust, brush cat hair off furniture, clean windows, and they even used the sponge on their pretend kitchen stuff. There was some assembling to do but it was very simple and I was able to get it all put together and set up in under 10 minutes. We like that the handle colors are interchangeable so we can customize it to our liking. The stand that it comes with makes it so easy to store and it doesn't take up very much room so it was easy to find a spot for it to go! My youngest particularly loves the broom and dustpan. She loves to do everything with mama and I sweep the floors alot. So with this, now she is able to help me every time I sweep. I like this broom much better than another one we had that made noises. This makes it toddler friendly AND parent friendly!! My older daughter loves the spray bottle and rag. She is learning how to clean windows with it. I love that you can actually put liquid in the spray bottle if you choose. I just put water in it so it's safe for my toddler. I would absolutely recommend this product! Kids will love it, parents will love it, and it's a great start to the kids learning how to help with chores!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so excited to receive the Melissa & Doug Deluxe Dust! Sweep! Mop! Cleaning Playset. We already had another Melissa and Doug cleaning set, but this one is way better! The most loved parts were the squirt bottle, the sponge and felt 'paper' towel, and the little red duster. The toy is really sturdy and made with wood, but also very easy to put together. It's perfect for my toddler but my older kid loved it as well! I highly recommend this toy! It's great for play but could also be used as actual cleaning equipment when you're teaching kids to help around the house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the cutest, most realistic little cleaning kit! It's perfect toddler size. My two year old loves being a helper and this has provided so much joy for her. I approached the quality of the pieces. There's not fear in anything breaking or coming apart. The attention to detail is so adorable! The paper towel roll (only one velcro sheet - thank goodness iykyk) and a little mister bottle that actually works. The best part for me is that it all has its place on the wooden storage rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleaning set toy is a very well made wooden toy. Rather then the plastic of similar brands. My kids are hard on cleaning toys because they enjoy playing with them and end up "cleaning" everything. The spray bottle really holds water and the toy sponge really works like a sponge. I would 100% buy this toy as my kids have loved it so much. I plan on buying a set for my niece and nephew for Christmas.

Though they would use the broom, dust pan and mop as bats and hit eachother/my windows or TV. My kids love the spray bottle and "help" me clean the windows (I gave them real napkins to clean up their mess. I love this. I am giving 3 stars because my kids use it as a bat, maybe for older kids like 5 years plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleaning set is very realistic and functional! The materials are durable especially the spray bottle. It sprays very well and adding water to it was no issue at all. The broom's bristles are very soft and flexible and full. The dustpan works and so does the mop. My daughter sprayed the floor and mopped it and loved how she could help just me. The only downfall I see with this set is the way the broom,.mop, and dustpan fit together with the handles they come with. The plastic piece is very easy for my daughter to take off that could be a choking hazzard for little ones. I think if the pieces screw into the bottom of the wooden handles like adult sized brooms it would be much safer and easier to assemble. Other than that this set is so adorable and functional! And the caddy it comes with holds everything nice and neatly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Melissa and Doug Deluxe Dust! Sweep! Mop! Cleaning play set was a big hit in our house. My daughter loves helping Mommy and being involved in everything that Mommy does during the day. This set allows her to help with her size tools! Not only does it help grow her imagination, but the realistic features give her a head start on responsibility. The bright colors were noticed right away by my little with her screaming the color of the handles as we used them. She also counted her items, and would put them back where they belonged. She learns coordination and motor skills while at play with this set. This showed me that the uses for this toy are beyond what surface may appear. Not to mention, it is much more sturdy than a lot of toys being made these days. I definitely would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as this came home, my kids (aged 3 and 5.5) were excited to try it out. It was fairly easy to put together. It was kind of hard to screw in the screws though - needs just a little extra effort. Instructions were clear, and easy to understand. Both of the kids helped with putting it together which made it more fun! It keeps them entertained for quite a while, and it's played with at least twice a day by one of them. I see their imagination being used, and I love watching it, and the creativity they come up with. Totally worth it, and would recommend.

They love being helpful around the house so my 1.5 and 4 year old now love cleaning with us. Although it's a toy they actually work and can sweep and dust and they have so much fun doing it. I would 100% buy this and have already told friends and family about it!
