Yes, I recommend this
They don't slip even on the sunniest of days when you perspire on your run. They give good coverage so you aren't bothered by dust and insects that you can get on road and trails. They look like normal sunglasses so are fine to wear for everyday use as well.

No, I don't recommend this
I wanted a pair of 'relflector' sunglasses for a forthcoming ski trip. The D Frames are quite but not fully reflective so I hope they do they job. M&S used to sell a really good wrap around reflector sunglass that was perfect for summer sports, I must have brought them 2 or 3 times as I tend to loose sunglasses. I think M&S should sell wrap arounds aswell because that's what skiers want - something that you can wear on the slopes that keeps the wind out.
