I'm a tennis player & wear these leggings under a tennis skirt. In winter my outdoor tennis playing requires long leggings & long sleeves. The ColdGear Leggings material has a nice thickness, feels durable, has compression & is soft to the touch inside & out. The waistband is well designed. I like my athletic waistbands around my hip bones; therefore, I adjust all my legging waistbands to personal comfort. I'm 5'6"_112lbs. I wear UA x-small to be as fitted as possible. I ordered Tall because I like to cover my ankles. This length is about 3/4" too long on me, but not a bother since they're leggings. I like these leggings very much for: Tennis - the compression feels great around my knees & hamstrings. Light Activity - softness, warmth & durability. Lounging - softness & the compression is helpful for circulation.

This winter has been so cold for an extended period. I have a small farm and am outside in extreme weather for long periods of time. These are amazing at helping me to retain my body heat! At 60 years young this is vital. Thank you under armour for creating gear that work as it promises!

I’m sure these are great as layering leggings under other pants, but if you’re looking to wear these out running on their own, find another option. They’re also a little see through, which should also show how they’re not warming at all.

UA is a brand you can trust and these leggings make the BEST base layer for cold weather! I purchased for a cold morning hunt and these did not disappoint on performance! They kept me warm and didn’t slide down one time during two, all-day sits in the stand. I will be purchasing another set as a back up layer and to keep my original pair exclusive with my hunting gear!
