Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4.

Add the grated pear (2) to a large mixing bowl with the yogurt (150 g), almond butter (40 g), honey (10 g) and eggs (2) and whisk until smooth.

Add the flour (100 g), bicarbonate of soda (1 tsp), oats (120 g), cinnamon (2 tsp) and ginger (1 tsp) to another mixing bowl. Mix until combined, and then add to the pear mix. Stir until combined and then pour into a greaseproof-lined loaf tin.

Top the cake with the sliced pear (1), pushing it into the batter slightly. Top with the berry boost topper (2 tbsp) and then bake for 55-60 minutes, until golden and well risen and a skewer comes out clean.

Serve with an extra dollop of Greek yogurt and another sprinkle of berry boost.
