Bring a large saucepan filled with salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti (160 g) and cook for 9-11 minutes, until al dente. Drain, reserving 100ml of the pasta cooking water.

Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Drain the tuna chunks (1 tin) and add them to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, until the mixture is nicely broken up. Toss through the olives (75 g) and add the puttanesca sauce (1 jar).

Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss until well-coated. Add in a splash of pasta water if needed to create a glossy sauce. Remove from the heat, stir through the parsley (15 g) and serve.
