Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.

Boil the pasta (300 g) in a pan of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes, until al dente.

Meanwhile, break up some of the larger pieces of the frozen chargrilled vegetables (250 g).

Place half the cooked pasta in a dish, then top with half the frozen vegetables, then the remaining pasta and vegetables.

Pour over the sauce (1 jar), then fill the sauce jar with 2 tbsp water, swirl around, and add this too. Top with the grated cheddar (50 g) and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Bake for 20 minutes, until golden and bubbling. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
