Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7.

Score the chicken breasts (1 pack) at 1cm intervals and place in a tray with the onion (1) and squash (1 pack). Spread over the butter chicken base paste (1), rubbing into the chicken.

Place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and add the butter chicken curry sauce, then return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.

Add the butter (25 g) and cream (300 ml), then return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.

Sprinkle over the makhani sprinkle, then finish in the oven for a final 3 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the squash is tender.

Finish with some fresh coriander leaves (15 g). Cut the lime (1) into wedges and serve alongside.
