Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Arrange the pigs in blankets (20) a flat baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and drizzle the hot maple syrup (3 tbsp) over the pigs in blankets. Return to the oven and bake for a further 10 minutes, until sticky and glossy.
