Mix the salt (1 tbsp), chilli powder (1 tsp) and lime zest (1) together on a small plate and pour a little bit of water onto another small plate. Dip the rim of the glasses into the water and then twist them in the chilli salt. Fill the glasses with ice (as needed).

Shake the lime juice (4), mango coulis (200 ml) and tequila (280 ml) together and pour into the glasses. Garnish with half a passion fruit (2) and a slice of chilli (1). Serve immediately.

For the non-alcoholic version, divide the coulis (4 tbsp) and lime juice (2) between four glasses and mix well. Pour in the Mexican lime and Sicilian soda (2 bottles) and stir together. Add ice (as needed) and serve immediately.
