Take the dough (1 pack) out of its pack and cut into quarters, roughly shaping each into a ball. Set aside for 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200C fan.

Shape the dough into four approx. 15cm square circles with your hands and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top each with 2 tbsp of the tomato sauce (8 tbsp) and tear over the mozzarella (4). Bake for 12-15 minutes, until crisp and golden.

Tear over the fresh basil (1 handful) and serve immediately.
