Reheat the chicken (2) according to the pack instructions, then shred with two forks.

Heat 1 tbsp neutral oil in a large saucepan on a medium-high heat. Add the soy, ginger and garlic paste (3 tbsp) and cook for 1 minute, then stir in the fresh turmeric (1 cm), soy sauce (1 tbsp), black pepper (1/2 tsp), bone broth rounds (4 pieces) and 600ml of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the purple crunch medley (220 g) to the broth and simmer for 5 minutes, then add the chicken and noodles (300 g). Simmer for a further 3 minutes, or until the veg is soft and the noodles are cooked through.

Ladle into bowls and scatter over the crunchy chilli topper (2 tsp).
