Slice the smoked salmon (1 pack) into 12 squares.

Fill the vol au vents (12) with the sour cream and chive dip (115 g) (you will need approx. ½ tsp per vol au vent) then fold the smoked salmon on top. Drizzle lightly with the lemon-infused olive oil (1 tsp).

Top with the capers (2 tbsp), pickled red onions (1 tbsp), lemon zest (to taste) and scatter over the sesame seeds (1 tsp). Season with a bit of cracked black pepper to finish.
