step 1
Add the M&S Jersey royal potatoes (400 g) to a pan and cover with water. Cook over a medium heat, until tender, then drain.

Heat the vegetable oil (2 tbsp) in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Once hot, add the onion (1) and M&S Remarksable Value garlic (2 cloves). Cook until soft, then add the M&S Italian plum tomatoes (4) and M&S korma paste (1 jar). Cook for 5 minutes to allow the flavours to develop. Season to taste.

Reduce the heat, then add the jersey royals, stirring to coat in the sauce. Cook until the potatoes are warmed through. Add a splash of water if needed.

Divide the potato curry between serving dishes and top each with the M&S Remarksable Value natural yogurt (4 tbsp), coriander (1 handful), red chilli (1) and M&S pickled red onions (4 tbsp).
