step 1
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon (1/2) into the yogurt with 1 tbsp olive oil and some salt and pepper. Place the chicken thighs (1 pack) into a bowl and spoon over the yogurt (150 g). Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, squeeze the juice of the other M&S Remarksable Value lemon (1/2) half over the red onion (1/2) and add a sprinkling of salt. Set aside.

Heat a splash of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through, then remove from the pan and allow to cool slightly before slicing into strips.

Heat the pittas (4) to the pack instructions.

Pile the lettuce (2) and tomatoes (200 g) onto the wraps and top with the chicken and tzatziki (4 tbsp). Scatter over the mint (1 handful) and chilli flakes (1 pinch). Serve with lemon wedges (1).
