Cook the rice noodles (180 g) according to the pack instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large frying pan or wok, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil over a high heat.

Add the chicken (3), season with salt and pepper and stir-fry for 3 minutes until lightly golden.

Add the M&S Remarksable Value garlic (3 cloves) and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.

Add the broccoli (350 g) and soy sauce (1 tbsp) along with 50ml water and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes, until the chicken is cooked and the broccoli is tender.

Add the cooked noodles and sesame oil (1 tbsp), toss everything together for a few minutes, then divide between serving dishes and finish with a squeeze of lime juice (1).
