Remove the stems from your strawberries (300 g) and chop them in half. Pop them in the freezer for at least 12 hours.

Blend a cold bottle of rosé (1 bottle) with the frozen strawberries, sugar (50 g), lemon juice (1) and gin (100 ml) if you’re using it.

Serve in champagne coupes with mini straws, and toast the sunshine with a pretty-in-pink drink.
